Training/Info calls subject matter can include but not be limited to sales + marketing; social media; accounting + finance; biz planning; contracting; consulting; policy updates. Training/Info calls may be sponsored or hosted by a 3rd party. RSVP will be required and seating may be limited. Each quarter one 30 minute and one 60 minute call will be offered free at respective member levels . There may be additional calls that may be offered at discounts to either premium or both premium and free level members. Some calls will be offered at full price to both membership levels.
Moxie Trainings and Networking Events are those events specifically designated as hosted, co-hosted, or presented by Women With Moxie Entrepreneurs.
Moxie Mentors may be paid or volunteer professionals and subject matter experts. Their advice and counsel is not warranted by Moxie and those who engage them agree to hold harmless Moxie nor the Moxie Mentor for any actions material or otherwise taken as a result of a mentoring conversation. Mentoring conversations will be limited to not more than 1 per quarter and for not longer than approx 45 minutes. Mentoring appointments are made by request and scheduled at the mentor’s availability. Moxie reserves the right to assign the member an alternative mentor with similar qualifications based on availability. Mentors reserve the right to decline to be assigned to a particular member. Members are afforded 1 call per calendar quarter and may not accumulate mentor calls. All mentoring calls may be recorded for quality control purposes.
Website contests will be held periodically and may be communicated through email to premium members. Members are responsible for all taxes associated with their winnings. Only Moxie reserves the right to substitute for a prize of like value based on availability.
The Moxie Library is accessible at no charge to Premium members. Most items will be available for download immediately and while many items will be available at no charge, there may be a fee for some items.
1 Article Length Blog Post is available for Premium members. There is a 600 word maximum and post shall be submitted as a Word document. All posts are subject to editing by the Moxie staff and become the property of Women With Moxie Entrepreneurs upon submission. The subject of the post shall be related to the product or services provided by the member. Moxie reserves the right to edit the post for clarity or reject the post if it is deemed to be poorly written, offensive, unrelated to the product or service provided by the member or for whatever reason at our sole discretion.
